At Pointe West Management, we pride ourselves on tenant service and are always looking for ways to make things easier for you. To that end, we want to let you know what to expect from us. Our staff is knowledgeable and responsive, and we will do everything we can to match you to the rental property that meets your needs.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Our process includes an application, rental references, employment/income verification, credit history, and criminal background screenings. Additional items may be needed. We use Virginia Association of Realtors standard forms to protect our owners and residents.

LEASING INFORMATION

Here are some things you’ll need when you sign you lease:

  • A form of identification - Valid U.S. driver’s license or passport
  • A payment method for the deposit - cash, check, or money order
  • A co-signer or guarantor may be required

Through our online portal system, AppFolio, you'll get 24/7 access to your account, where you can submit maintenance requests, pay your rent, update contact information and review your lease documents with a few simple clicks.

24/7 ANSWERING SERVICE

The Pointe West team is always just a phone call away!

During normal business hours we are happy to discuss leasing questions, schedule tours, and review normal and emergency maintenance concerns.

Have a problem after 5 p.m.? Just call our office to be connected with our maintenance line and trained professionals who can help troubleshoot the problem or dispatch our maintenance team if necessary.

Our highly skilled and experienced maintenance technicians are professional, efficient, and caring. Our team will respect your living space, and will make sure the work is completed correctly in a timely manner with constant communication.

CONVENIENT LOCATION

Our office is conveniently located in beautiful Downtown Blacksburg. We are at the corner of South Main and Washington streets in the Kent Square building. Parking is available throughout downtown as well as in the Kent Square Parking Garage.
