[ATTENTION STUDENTS!!] We’ve set the lease signing date for new applicants as Oct. 15 at 9 a.m. for the following properties:

➡️ Preston Row
➡️ The Odyssey

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

➡️ At least one roommate must be present and have all other roommate’s completed applications and non-refundable application fees of $35 per person.

➡️ You must bring your security deposit, which is equal to one month’s rent.

➡️ We accept the following methods of payment: personal check, money order, cashier’s check
